Donald Robinson (ex Bigua) agreed terms with Al Jazeera

Donald Robinson

Al Jazeera Abu Dhabi (D1) inked 31-year old American guard Donald Robinson (192-85kg-89, college: WVU Tech). He played most recently at Bigua in Uruguayan LUB league. In 8 games he recorded 12.8ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.6apg and 1.4spg last season. Robinson also played for Gimnasia in Argentinian La Liga where in 11 games he averaged 9.1ppg and 1.9rpg.
Robinson is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). Robinson has played previously professionally also in Hungary (Atomeromu), United Kingdom (Plymouth Raiders and Glasgow Rocks) and Czech Republic (Usti n/Labem and GBA Lions Jindrichuv Hradec).
His team made it to the Hungarian League Semifinals in 2016.
He attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology until 2012 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
